The HOA would like to provide an update on the permit application process with the city and timeline. Last month, the city asked for further geological information and plan updates, which will delay the permit application process. In addition, the engineer is swamped with work and estimates it will take another month to submit our response to the city.

 The city's request for more information and plan revisions is a good sign that we are working through issues and moving in the right direction. The engineer will submit the final plans by the end of august, and the city will take about a month to review and approve them. We will keep you updated.

 The HOA will not collect any funds until the permits have been received by the City. Additional information on payment dates and options will follow as we get closer to the project date. Everyone’s participation was greatly appreciated.
